To create new Survey, follow these steps:
- Click the Survey tab and click the plus (+) symbol in the upper right corner.
- Click Save frequently to prevent losing your work.
- At any point while creating your Survey, you can undo or redo an action using the buttons at the top of the page.
- Add the Person Information.
- Add the "Save As" Column.
- Add the Questions.
- Arrange the question branching and survey architecture.
- Add Dispositions.
- Click the save icon in the upper right corner of the screen to save your Survey. Or, discard your changes. You cannot leave the "Edit Survey" screen without saving or discarding your changes.
Once you have named and saved your Survey, you can add it to an Effort using the dropdown menu in the top right of the screen. Within the Survey tab you can also view, duplicate, archive and sort your Surveys.
