The top reason Workers have trouble logging into the app is that they have the incorrect log in credentials. Check in the Worker tab to find their proper username and look to the upper righthand corner of the management portal for the Campaign Code. The Campaign Code is the same for all of your Workers.
Another reason for the "wrong credentials" error message may be that the Effort the Worker is trying to log into is not yet launched. In order to begin canvassing, the “Click to Launch” button in the Effort on the management portal must be clicked.
After selecting the “Launch” button, wait for your effort to launch, and begin canvassing!
