To log in, workers will need a username (generated by field staff) and a campaign code (automatically generated by Organizer Canvassing and constant for the entire duration of the project).
Finding the User Name and Campaign Code
The assigned Campaign Code is found on the upper right corner of the management portal (beside the campaign name). Usernames are created for individual workers in the Worker tab.
Note: You can edit usernames after initial creation, but the new username will only apply to future Efforts; any previously-launched Efforts will still require the old username.
Instructions for Canvassers
To log in to the app, simply open the app on your device and enter the username and campaign code that an admin has provided. Then tap the login button.
Unable to Log In on the Mobile App
If a canvasser is repeatedly unable to log in, an admin should double check that the username and campaign code the canvasser is using are correct. Another reason for the "wrong credentials" error message may be that the worker is not currently assigned to a launched Effort. If you've assigned the worker to an Effort, check to make sure you've launched the Effort.
