Update the Mobile App

Summary: In this article, we will review how to uninstall and reinstall the Organizer Canvassing application on your mobile device for Android and iOS.

iOS Instructions

1. Open App Store and search for the app by typing "Organizer Canvassing" in the search tab.
2. If there is an update available, there will be an Update option located near the app description. Tap Update to install the latest version of Organizer Canvassing.

     

Android Instructions

1. Open Play Store and search for the app by typing "Organizer Canvassing" in the search tab.
2. If there is an update available, there will be an Update option located near the app description.
3. Select the app from the list and tap Update to install the latest version of Organizer Canvassing.

    

     

Android: Alternative Method

On Android devices, you can install the latest version from within the app via the Diagnostics panel.

1. Tap on the Menu button (three dots in the upper right or left corner) and select Diagnostics.
2. Select Force Update to Current Version.
3. You will be redirected to the Play Store. If there is an update available, there will be an Update option located near the app description. Tap Update to install the latest version of Organizer Canvassing.

    

 

    

NOTE: If you see the message “Invalid Login Credentials” after attempting to log into the Organizer app, make sure your login is correct and your app has finished updating successfully.
